In order to fulfil an order you place via our website, it is necessary for us to collect certain information from you. The type of customer information we ask for includes name and address for billing and delivery purposes, telephone number and email address.

How To Order And Pay
Whether just window-shopping or looking for something in particular, we have made browsing, searching and selecting items easy for our customers. 

You are able to order via the web site, email, telephone and mail. Details are given below.

Rainbow Store accepts payment:-

Within Australia: - American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Direct Deposit and Paypal. 
We also accept Bank cheques, money orders and personal cheques. 
Money orders and cheques are to be in Australian Dollars AU$ and made payable to Rainbow Store and sent with your order to Rainbow Store, PO Box 132, Erskineville, NSW  2043.

International: - American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

Website
Enter the required quantity of an item in the "Qty" box along side the selected item (this is automatically set to 1), the size and colour (if applicable) and click the "Add to Cart". This will store the item into your Shopping Cart which then takes you to the Shopping Cart Contents page. From this page you will be able to change the item quantity by adding or subtracting the number in the quantity box of the selected item, and then click "Recalculate Sub Total".
To remove an item, replace the number in the quantity box with zero, and then click "Recalculate Sub Total".
From there, you can either continue shopping by clicking the "click here" or process your order by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout".
You can view the contents of your cart anytime by clicking the "View Cart" icon located at the top of your screen.

Shipping Information
Our customers can feel confident that we will always work to ensure prompt arrival of your orders, and we have chosen reputable delivery companies who will deliver direct to your shipping address. However, we cannot guarantee that an item is "in stock" as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock you will be notified.
There may also be times when packages are unavoidably delayed in the delivery process, eg: public holidays and weekends.

Within Australia
Postage charge for your order is based on the weight and size of the package. This will be calculated for you during checkout.

We suggest using an address where there will be someone in attendance during the day such as a Post Office box, your work or a friend’s address for delivery if that is appropriate.

Orders are processed immediately upon receipt with credit card orders being delivered within approximately 4 business days and cheque orders being delivered within approximately 10 business days except for "Special Order" products, which will be delivered within 6 weeks.

Rainbow Store accepts responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us.

International
Postage charge for your order is based on weight, size of the package and the delivery destination. This will be calculated for you during checkout.

Customs duty, taxes and tariffs (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

The address must be to an actual street address, NO Post Office boxes.
International delivery charges include postage cost plus the cost of packaging.

Orders are processed immediately upon receipt with credit card orders being delivered within fourteen business days and cheque orders being delivered within 24 working days except for "Special Order" products, which will be delivered within 8 weeks.

All orders are only dispatched upon clearance of funds.

Returns Policy
Rainbow Store replaces any products that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Under these circumstances, Rainbow Store will refund return delivery costs for those products returned.
